Everything you need to know about getting Lunar Treats to your door — or into your hands at the London, Kentucky pickup counter.
Shipping
- We ship anywhere in the United States from our kitchen in London, Kentucky.
- Orders over $15 ship free. Orders below $15 ship at a flat standard rate calculated at checkout.
- Orders are baked and packed in small batches, so please allow 1–3 business days for your order to leave the kitchen.
Local pickup in London, KY
- Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order in London, Kentucky 40741.
- We email you the moment your order is baked, boxed, and ready to collect.
- There is no shipping charge on pickup orders.
Freshness & storage
- Our treats are made without artificial preservatives, so they are shipped fresh and should be refrigerated on arrival.
- Refrigerated, they stay fresh for 3 days.
- If your order arrives damaged or warm, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Returns & refunds
- Because these are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened treats.
- If something is wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described — contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
